Job Summary:
RTG Medical is looking to hire a Long-Term Care Manager to grow and refine our expanding Long Term Care Recruiting Division in Fremont, Nebraska. The Long-Term Care Manager will work cross-functionally with leadership and departments to collaborate on strategies for recruiting and driving production. Successful candidates will demonstrate a high understanding of Long-Term Care healthcare recruiting and building relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively lead, develop, and motivate the sales team to maximize employee contributions, performance, and service delivery
- Collaborate with internal leadership groups (Marketing, IT, Sales, Compliance, Finance, & HR) – Other managers in all divisions.
- Train, teach, and implement new strategies for refining the Long-Term Care division
- Assist with the completion of RFPs as necessary
- Analyze and forecast market changes and industry needs
- Identify, interview, hire sales talent, and continually "raise the bar" with each new hire
- Provides leadership to others through example and sharing of knowledge and skills
- Build and maintain strong relationships with employees and colleagues
- Partner with department leadership on high-level sales strategy and goal setting, informing decisions with data-driven insights and rationale
- Hold monthly one on ones for coaching opportunities on sales and soft skill sets, goal setting, and overall staff development
Requirements/Qualifications
- 5+ years of healthcare staffing industry experience (Long-Term Care specific experience a plus)
- College degree (or equivalent in experience)
- Leadership experience
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and people management skills
- Strong knowledge of Joint Commission and Compliance for the Long-Term Care Division
- Lead with a player-coach mentality: hands-on, empower teams to problem-solve creatively, and is motivated to mentor up-and-coming talent
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Be a data-driven leader
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
