Job Summary:

RTG Medical is seeking a highly motivated, driven sales professional to join our growing MSP division!  RTG is a veteran-owned healthcare staffing company focused on the recruitment and placement of traveling healthcare professionals nationwide.  In the healthcare staffing industry since 2001, we recruit and place professionals in Nursing, Radiology, Therapy, Pharmacy, and Laboratory in all 50 states.  Our objective is to assist healthcare facilities in meeting their staffing requests with qualified, competent individuals at a fair market cost.  We understand that our reputation is only as good as our people, and at RTG Medical, we truly believe in a "People First” approach knowing it is the relationships we build that are the foundation of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ability to articulate RTG’s MSP service offerings and position against the competition
  • Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients, effectively communicating the value proposition and generating interest in our services.
  • Create demand by uncovering the healthcare facility’s staffing objectives and pain points and present RTG’s value and services as a solution
  • Partner with internal RTG stakeholders to uncover potential client prospects and work collaboratively to optimize sales and business opportunities
  • Enter information and data related to client prospect interactions into the database timely, consistently, and with an adequate amount of detail
  • Deliver engaging presentations, including software demos, customized to address prospect’s needs and pain points
  • Create pricing proposals and negotiate agreement terms resulting in a win-win for all parties.
  • Collaborate with RTG leadership to respond to RFPs/RFIs in a timely manner
  • Work with the Client Experience Team to onboard new clients from agreement signature to go-live, ensuring a seamless transition and addressing questions or concerns
  • Travel may be required on a weekly basis, with an expectation of up to 50%-60% of the time, to prospect locations, trade shows, and industry conferences

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Proven success in business-to-business sales in the healthcare staffing industry
  • Previous knowledge and understanding of Managed Services Providers
  • Excellent verbal communication, presentation, and writing skills
  • Must be a highly motivated and organized self-starter
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
